The whole experience, from start to finish, was a hassle free and pleasant experience. I was given a time and the plumber turned up right on time. He proceeded to check my old system and confirmed it needed to be replaced. He then gave me 3 different quotations, outlining several options and prices. After selecting my choice the process was finished within 3 hours, taking into account for the wait for the new water heater to be delivered. The technician did a very thorough job of explaining all the steps, double checked everything he had done and cleaned up after completion. I NOW HAVE HOT WATER - WOO HOO! I am completely satisfied with the cost, professionalism and quality of the whole process. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ~ Michael L

Really easy experience to get a hot water heater replaced and quick too. Two thumbs up for workmanship. The only thing I would liked to have seen (really small thing) is to have the plumbers who replaced it give me a rundown on what happens next. I was under the impression that I would get hot water straight away but it ended up taking an hour and a bit to return. Also, when I turned the tap on I momentarily had some brown water come through the tap, which was probably normal. But I would've loved to know what to expect after the hot water tank had been replaced. Again, really small thing. Both guys were awesome, amazing service and will definitely use them again (But here's hoping that I don't have to). ~ Jimmy H

I telephoned your number late Wednesday evening, probably after 9pm, saying we had no hot water. I was told someone would come to our address the next morning between 8 and 10 am. Mike (I hope I remember his name correctly) called at 8:30. He inspected the broken-down hot water tank and prepared a quotation within 10 minutes or so. I selected the somewhat more expensive but a higher quality option and signed the contract. Mike got on with it and before midday we had hot water. If that is not an absolutely excellent service, I can't imagen what else it could be. One additional detail: Mike is a very pleasant young man and obviously a damn good plumber. James, Joel and the team came out to our property and were able to quickly identify the issues with the external stormwater plumbing and provide a good solution, working with the area available which involved hand excavation in some tight quarters and through wet clay. They explained everything and why things were needed, were always friendly, approachable and happy to answer all the questions we had. They arrived onsite for the inspection/quote and then the work when they had indicated, were neat and tidy with their work, cleaned up each day and left the site in a great condition at completion. ~ Colin N

Our electric hot water system died on 23rd December, I called these guys and they came to assess in less than 3 hours. Taj explained the issues with our 14 year old system, and gave three reasonable quotes for a replacement. Blake and the team arrived Christmas Eve just after 8am as promised, removed the old system and installed a new one at the price point we wanted in less than 2 hours. They even cleaned up well after themselves, were very polite and friendly. Could not recommend a better service! Will definitely be returning customers. The Plumbing Lifesaver were the only company able to send someone out promptly on a long weekend Sunday to repair a bad leak. Logan was very professional, repairing the leak and also investigating and recommending to fix our over-pressure problem that would have been the cause of the leak, and other water issues we’ve been having. Overall, we’re very happy with the service, and all work was completed under 2 hours from time of call. Cost was reasonable and there were no surprises or issues at all. ~ Lucas C

Excellent service. Came when they said, including texting 20 minutes before, quoted upfront, very professional and friendly staff who even took their boots off each time they walked through the house. We had a blocked drain which involved blasting and putting the camera down but, because it was pouring rain, they couldn't use the camera. However, as promised, they came back within an hour to finish the job. They invoice and take payment on completion of the job and sent a quote for more work required within hours. Called after hours last Thurs for an urgent gas hot water issue. Spoke to James who was calm, friendly and helped make sure the system was safe overnight. Arranged an inspection for first thing next morning. Daimon attended on time, was professional, informative and patient while options were considered. Was then able to remove and replace the old system same day ensuring no cold showers over the long weekend. Even fixed a seperate issue with the shower while on site. Life savers indeed! Called the Company for a semi- emergency. Jack was at my home within 45 minutes. Fixed the problem and explained what the issue was. Showed me the replacement parts and advised the price before starting the rectification. Well done Jack. A very pleasant, well presented young man who removed his workboots without asking at the door and introduced himself to my dog to reassure her he was friendly. I was very impressed with all the team members I spoke to. Damion came one day & provided a quote & when I accepted the quote by phone the chap I spoke to was very helpful & was able to rearrange schedules to ensure my problem was sorted before the weekend. We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday afternoon, and The Plumbing Lifesaver really helped us out! James was very friendly and proactive on the phone, telling us one of his plumbers would be there within 40mins. Blake, the plumber, ended up arriving in just 10mins and was polite and professional. Was in a bit of a predicament with waking to a leaking pipe under the house and wasn't sure what to do. We called The Plumbing Life Saver at 07:30 this morning, after our hot water was becoming increasingly cooler over the last couple of days. James was great as a first contact. He organised Ben, to attend, who was able to troubleshoot, and fix the burnt out wiring, element, and thermostat on the spot. All was done by 15:30 the same day (on a Saturday too!). I live on a property out of town in the Hunter Valley - I discovered a hot water failure Thursday afternoon - rang Plumbing Life Saver - promised a technician 7.30 am Friday morning - he arrived at 7.28 am - diagnosed the problem - gave me three options to fix the problem - I chose - he fixed it and left at 8.20 am. You can't ask for better service than that!!! ~ Richard W

We had a great experience with the plumbing life saver. We had a big job come up when we moved in to a new house - they fit us in really quickly, the plumbers who attended were helpful, courteous, knew what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves.
